We are currently seeking a part time Duty Manager working 1 to 2 shifts per week plus extras where required.

As a Duty Manager you’ll work well both alone and as part of a small team to provide support to the Manager in the day to day running of the cinema and give our patrons the very best cinema experience.

In addition to serving customers with tickets and refreshments other duties include, but are not limited to, running digital projection equipment, administration and cash management, addressing and resolving customer queries, supervising a small team and helping other staff members to maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the working day.

As a successful candidate you will demonstrate a responsible attitude along with excellent customer service and have the ability to make decisions under pressure and keep calm and patient. You must have good IT skills and be confident in learning and troubleshooting a variety of different technologies.

Previous cinema/theatre work or supervisory experience is advantageous but not necessarily essential for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who can work both evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential in order to cover staff holidays and extra daytime screenings during school holidays.
